Lyon lead Ligue 1 on goal difference with 14 points from seven matches, while PSG are second with the same number of points. The hosts enter the meeting after five consecutive victories in all competitions. Lyon played away against “Hoffenheim” only three days before the trip to Paris and lost 3-0.

“Paris Saint-Germain” form
PSG have built an excellent run after an uneven opening phase of the season. Luis Enrique’s side defeated “Marseille”, “Le Mans” and “Strasbourg” in Ligue 1 and also recorded Champions League victories against “Manchester City” and “Barcelona”.
The 4-2 victory against Barcelona demonstrated the attacking quality of the team, but it also came at a significant cost.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Ousmane Dembélé suffered an injury to his left thigh and Marquinhos injured his right thigh. All three started against Barcelona and are now unavailable.
